- The quote lands as a draft directly in your order or accounting system - with products, prices, cost prices and customer data in place. You don't retype anything.
- Which systems can Calco send to?
- Order systems: Ordrestyring, Apacta and Minuba. Accounting: e-conomic and Dinero (Fortnox for the Swedish market). Some are live, some on the way - status is shown in the overview below.
- Does Calco post entries automatically?
- No. Everything lands as a draft, never as a posted entry. You always have the final say before anything becomes final in your system.
- Do I have to switch systems to use Calco?
- No. Calco fits the stack you already use. The whole point is to remove the re-entry between the quote and your existing system - not to replace it.
- Do cost prices carry over?
- Yes. Your cost price per line is preserved, so the margin is right from the start and you don't have to recalculate it in your order or accounting system.
