Calco is a quoting and project service that can integrate with order systems (Apacta today; Minuba and Ordrestyring coming soon). The Service is provided to business customers (B2B). We do our best to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account, including activity by employees or other users you grant access. Contact us immediately at info@calcoapp.dk if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you choose to connect a supported order system (Apacta today), Calco calls that system's API on your behalf using the key or access you provide. You are responsible for having the right to use the key. We store the key encrypted via AES-256 (pgcrypto).

Calco uses artificial intelligence to generate quote suggestions based on your price lists, historical quotes and job description. Quotes generated by Calco are guiding estimates and should be treated as a starting point for the final quote.

You, as the tradesperson, bear full professional responsibility for reviewing each quote before it is sent to the customer. This includes - but is not limited to - verifying quantities, dimensions, materials, prices, technical correctness, legal requirements, authorisation requirements and safety/installation conditions. Calco is not liable for errors, omissions, mis-estimates or unlawful work in quotes generated by the platform and forwarded by the user.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We may change the prices for the Service. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email and take effect from your next billing period after the notice expires.

Subscriptions (Lite, Basis, Pro and Enterprise) are billed in advance monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of the chosen period. You can cancel your subscription at any time effective from the end of the current billing period. A cancelled subscription remains accessible for the rest of the period. Amounts already paid are not refunded, and an annual subscription is not refunded if cancelled during the period.

You can export your quotes and data at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us at info@calcoapp.dk. On termination of the subscription, your personal data is deleted in accordance with the data processing agreement, within 30 days of termination, unless applicable law requires continued retention.

Calco ApS owns all rights to the platform and software, including source code, design and trademarks. You retain ownership of your own data and of the quotes generated for you. You grant Calco a non-exclusive licence to process your data to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Calco processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor. Our data processing agreement, available at /legal/dpa, forms an appendix to these terms and is accepted by your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Calco is not liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, lost profits, loss of data or losses resulting from errors in AI-generated quotes. Calco's total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount the customer has paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) DKK 5,000. The limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where limitation of liability cannot be agreed under mandatory law.

Calco strives for high availability but provides no guaranteed uptime (SLA) and gives no compensation for downtime. Calco is not liable for downtime, errors or delays in connected order systems (e.g. Apacta) or other third-party services.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are settled by the Danish courts, with the Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen as the venue.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email.
