Customer emails that turn into quotes - automatically

Most jobs go to whoever replies first. Calco Inbox reads your customer enquiries and has a finished quote draft ready when you open the app.

A typical enquiry looks like this: "Hi, we need our bathroom renovated - new toilet, sink and shower. Can you give us a price?" It lands in your inbox between supplier emails and invoices, and sits there until you find time in the evening. Meanwhile the customer has written to two competitors. The first tradesperson to reply with a proper quote usually wins the job.

From email to quote draft - without lifting a finger

Calco Inbox connects your work email (Outlook/Microsoft 365 or Gmail/Google Workspace) to Calco. When an enquiry that looks like a job arrives, Calco automatically drafts a quote from the customer's own description: job text, line items with quantities and prices from your own price basis, and the customer's contact details pre-filled.

The draft is waiting under Inbox in the app. You open it, adjust what needs adjusting, and send it - straight back to the email address the customer wrote from. From enquiry to sent quote in minutes, not days.

Only enquiries - not your whole inbox

Calco sorts automatically: newsletters, invoices and supplier emails are ignored. Only genuine customer enquiries become quote drafts. The connection uses Microsoft's and Google's official consent flows, and you can disconnect at any time under Integrations.

Follow the quote after you send it

Every enquiry has a status in the Inbox: opened, sent, seen and accepted. So you know exactly which quotes are in play and when a follow-up is worth it. No more quotes disappearing into silence.

Outlook/Microsoft 365 and Gmail via Google Workspace. Both connect through the provider's official consent flow, and you can disconnect at any time.
Does Calco read all my email?
Calco only looks for incoming enquiries that look like jobs and filters out everything else (newsletters, invoices, supplier emails). Only genuine customer enquiries become quote drafts.
Does Calco send quotes on its own?
No. Calco only creates the draft. You always review, adjust and send it yourself - as a reply to the customer's email or as a link/PDF.
