What tradespeople ask before they start
- Is there a lock-in period?
- No. You pay month by month and can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
- What happens when my 5 free quotes are used?
- Your account and your quotes stay where they are. To make and send more quotes, you choose Basis or Pro - that is the first time you enter a card. If you choose no plan, you are not charged.
- What happens if I need more than 15 quotes a month on Basis?
- Basis includes 15 quotes a month. Each new quote Calco makes counts once - recalculating and correcting a quote does not count, and you can always send, resend and revise your quotes. Once you have used the 15, you can make new quotes again from next month, or switch to Pro for unlimited quotes.
- Can Calco use my own prices from my suppliers?
- Yes. Calco calculates with your own purchase prices from your suppliers' price files, so you see cost and margin on every quote. Until your price files are in, Calco uses the standard catalogue with over 1 million products. Your own price files also work in the 5 free quotes.
- Which systems can Calco send the quote to?
- With Pro and Enterprise, Calco sends quotes and invoice drafts straight to your order system (Ordrestyring, Apacta or Minuba) and to e-conomic, Dinero or Billy. On the Free plan you can try it with your 5 free quotes. On Basis you send the quote as a PDF, customer link or email. The Inbox, where customer emails from Outlook and Gmail become draft quotes, is included from Basis.
- Where is my data stored, and what about GDPR?
- Calco processes your data as a data processor under a data processing agreement, and the database is located in the EU. You own your data and quotes and can export them at any time. If you leave, your personal data is deleted no later than 30 days after termination, unless the law requires otherwise. All sub-processors are listed in the privacy policy.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can go from the Free plan to Basis and from Basis to Pro at any time. If you are a larger organisation, we set up an Enterprise agreement with you.
- Are prices incl. VAT?
- No, all prices are excl. VAT. Basis and Pro also have a one-time setup fee, which covers setting up your price files and the Inbox (on Pro also your order and accounting system) plus a personal walkthrough.
