Cookie policy

Here you can see everything calcoapp.com stores in your browser. Most of it is needed for the site to work. For statistics we use a tool without cookies. The Meta Pixel, which sets marketing cookies, is only loaded if you say yes in the cookie banner. You do not have to accept anything to use the site.

Needed for the site to work

• Login session: a cookie that keeps you logged in (up to 400 days). We also set the cookie sidebar_state, which remembers whether the menu is expanded or collapsed (7 days).
• Language choice: the cookie calco_locale stores your language choice (1 year).
• Your cookie choice: calco-marketing-consent is stored in your browser's local storage, so we remember whether you said yes or no to the Meta Pixel.
• Stripe Checkout: during payment itself, Stripe sets its own cookies for security and fraud protection.

Statistics and campaign data (without cookies)

• Cloudflare Web Analytics: anonymous visitor statistics without cookies. The tool cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.
• Visits and steps on the site: random IDs in the browser's session storage (calco_vsid, calco_funnel_sid, calco_funnel_sendt), which are deleted when you close the tab. We record which page you are on, language and country, not your IP address.
• How you found us: if you arrive through an ad or a link, we store campaign data in the browser's local storage (calco_attr, calco_ref): utm parameters, Meta and Google click IDs, referring page, landing page and any referral code. The first visit counts for 90 days. If you create an account, the information is linked to your company.

Only with your consent

Meta Pixel: if you say yes in the cookie banner, we load Meta's pixel, which sets Meta's cookies _fbp, _fbc. We send page views, demo views, account creation, started and completed payment to Meta. At sign-up your email and user ID are sent hashed. You can change your choice at any time here:

• Google Analytics or cookie-based analytics tracking
• Marketing cookies without your consent
• Selling or sharing your data with third parties

Delete data in the browser

You can delete cookies and local storage for calcoapp.com at any time in your browser settings. This logs you out and resets your language and cookie choice.
