Run your business in Dinero? Your Calco quotes now land directly in Dinero with customer, lines and prices - no double entry.
Many small trade businesses run everything in Dinero: quotes, invoices and accounts in one place. But the quotes are still written by hand - and when a quote is created in one place and invoiced in another, you end up typing the same thing twice. Not anymore.
How it works
01You build the quote in Calco as usual - describe the job and get a complete quote with lines, quantities and prices in minutes. When you send it, Calco creates the quote in Dinero at the same time: the customer is created as a contact (or reused if they already exist), and every line is transferred with units and prices. The quote sits as a draft under Sales in Dinero - ready to be accepted and invoiced.

Using an order system? Use that track instead
03If you use Ordrestyring, Apacta or Minuba, they already forward invoices to your accounting. In that case Calco should push to the order system - not to Dinero - otherwise you risk two invoicing tracks for the same job. The Dinero integration is for businesses that run directly in Dinero.
With Dinero on board, Calco now integrates with Ordrestyring, Apacta, Minuba, e-conomic and Dinero - and can always send as a PDF.

- Does it require a specific Dinero plan?
- Dinero's API requires Dinero Pro or Total. New Dinero accounts start with a free 30-day Pro trial, so you can test the integration right away.
- What happens to my customers in Dinero?
- Calco reuses the contact if it already exists in Dinero (matched by name). If not, it is created automatically with the details on the quote.
- Can I use both an order system and Dinero at the same time?
- We recommend one active track. Order systems like Apacta and Ordrestyring already forward invoices to your accounting - if Calco also pushes to Dinero, you risk double invoicing. If you have an order system, let Calco send there.
