Getting started
Connected in two minutes
Create an access token in Billy
Log in to Billy and create an access token for Calco. It lets Calco place drafts in your accounts - nothing else.
Paste it into Calco
Go to Integrations in Calco's admin, choose Billy and paste the key. Calco checks the connection right away.
Send your first quote
The quote is sent to the customer from Calco. Once accepted, you create the invoice draft in Billy with one click.

Every line carries over in the same order as the quote, with quantity, unit and price excl. VAT.
The customer
The customer is found in Billy by VAT number or name and email - and created if it does not exist.
Discount and payment terms
A discount on the quote carries over as a line, and the invoice gets the company's own payment terms from Billy.
Calco never books automatically. Everything lands as drafts in Billy - you always have the final say.

What you typically want to know
Does Calco book automatically in Billy?
No. Accepted quotes land as invoice drafts in Billy - never as booked invoices. You open the draft and book it when you are ready.
Does the quote itself also go to Billy?
No. Billy does not accept quotes, only invoices. The quote is therefore sent to the customer from Calco as PDF and link, and only when accepted does it become an invoice draft in Billy.
How do I connect Calco with Billy?
You create an access token in Billy and paste it under Integrations in Calco's admin. The key is stored encrypted and can always be removed again.
What carries over into the draft?
Line items with quantity, unit and price excl. VAT, any discount and the customer. If the customer does not exist in Billy, it is created.
Does the integration cost extra?
No. The integration is included in Calco Pro and Enterprise, and you can try it on your 5 free quotes. You just need your own Billy account.
