Getting started
Connected in two minutes
Open the integration
Go to Integrations in Calco's admin and choose Dinero.
Log in with Visma
You are sent to Visma's login and approve the access with your own Dinero account. You are automatically sent back to Calco - done.
Send your first quote
From now on your quotes land in Dinero, and accepted quotes become invoice drafts. You open the draft and book it when you are ready.

Every line carries over in the same order as the quote, with quantity, unit and price excl. VAT.
The customer
The customer is found in Dinero - and created with name, address and VAT number if it does not exist.
Quote and invoice in one system
The quote lives in Dinero, and the accepted quote becomes an invoice draft - with any discount deducted.
Calco never books automatically. Everything lands as quotes and drafts in Dinero - you always have the final say.

In Calco's admin under Integrations you choose Dinero and log in with your Visma login. You are automatically sent back to Calco and the connection is ready.
What carries over?
Line items with quantity, unit and price excl. VAT, any discount and the customer. If the customer does not exist in Dinero, it is created.
Does the integration cost extra?
